
The game makes it simple to switch your group pioneer on the fly, and you can spin through colleagues by basically squeezing the X and Y catches.

The colleagues are shading coded for simple reference, so blue characters have the most speed, yellow characters can fly, and red characters can bust through hinders that are generally invulnerable. Each colleague has his or her own particular qualities, and your capacities as a group change contingent upon which character you have set as the group pioneer.

The game escapes with this by giving you control of three characters on the double and partitioning the characters up into four unique groups.
